谢霆锋不善言辞，表达能力欠佳，印象中他只完整的写过两首词作。一首是98年底逃回加拿大时有感而发的《末世纪的呼声》，另一首就是《senses》，毋庸置疑，后者是写给菲的，他包办了词曲，为免辞不达意还用了更擅长的英文，光凭此心，应当已经足以感动听者。再来看词“i go bling when i look straight into the sun ， i go deaf when i hear thunders on the run” 含蓄的开场，后接大胆的直白“but when i see you sleeping here beside me。life's just begun。”——典型的谢霆锋式语言。宣言式的“i can tell it to the whole world. you're the one”，歌词中用尽各类天气为描写心情做铺垫——thunder ，sun shine ，rain ，stom ，hurricane， snow ，hail——看看还有什么天气没写进去的？最为煽情的是这三句：“i tend to tremble when i start to think of just you and i don't know why. there's no reply 。”“it doesn't matter what happens to the weather, i'm shivering when i'm standing alone.”“ it doesn't matter what happens to the weather, without you i'm just falling apart.”写英文作文的时候不知道怎么描写绝望么？没关系，把上面三句背下来吧，又是tremble又是shivering,末了来个fall apart。ok，离suicide不远了。：）
